Anna Kokotaki - Customer Service Director

Anna Kokotaki
    • Anna Kokotaki holds a degree from the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens. As part of her studies, she completed a six-month internship at the “Korgialenio-Benakeio” Hospital of the Hellenic Red Cross in Athens, while her thesis, entitled “Influenza Viruses”, received the highest grade (10/10).
    • She has attended a series of continuing education seminars in the healthcare field.
    • Anna began her professional career in 2006 at ARGO S.A., where she served as Executive Assistant. In 2008, she joined the diagnostic group Bioiatriki S.A. in a similar role.
    • That same year, she became part of the Genekor team, initially as Executive Assistant. In 2016, she was promoted to Management Coordinator, and since 2022 she has been serving as Customer Service Director at the company.

     

Nikos Vlasiotis – Customer Support Group Leader

Nikos Vlasiotis studied Mechanical Engineering – Production Engineer at the National Technical University of Athens with his diploma thesis on “Development of Training Material for Facility Maintenance using the SAP ERP Information System” which was graded ‘excellent’.

In 2017 he also attended seminar on “STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NATURAL GAS INSTALLATIONS (UP TO 500mbar))” Since 2019 he has been working as a Customer Service Representative at Genekor. Since 2023 he has been working as Genekor’s Customer Service Group Leader.
