Responsibilities:

• Providing customer and partner support

• Managing telephone and written communication

• Performing basic secretarial and administrative support tasks for the laboratory

• Supporting the daily operation of the reception area

Required Qualifications:

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and verifying compliance with quality procedures

• Participating in internal audits

• Managing documentation specific to the quality management system

• Collaborating with the laboratory team to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in the relevant field (Biology / Biochemistry)

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a medical biology laboratory

• Solid knowledge of the following standards:

• SR EN ISO 15189:2023

• SR EN ISO 19011:2018

• Certification / training as an Auditor for Quality Management Systems in Medical Laboratories (mandatory)

• Valid O.B.B.C.S.S.R. membership certificate

• Valid A.L.P. certificate

• English language skills (intermediate to advanced level)

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, documentation, reporting)

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team
