Customer Service Representative (Gerakas, Attica)
Responsibilities:
Providing customer and partner support
Managing telephone and written communication
Performing basic secretarial and administrative support tasks for the laboratory
Supporting the daily operation of the reception area
Required Qualifications:
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Sense of responsibility, consistency, and professionalism
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
