Customer Service Representative (Gerakas, Attica)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer and partner support

  • Managing telephone and written communication

  • Performing basic secretarial and administrative support tasks for the laboratory

  • Supporting the daily operation of the reception area

Required Qualifications:

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

  • Sense of responsibility, consistency, and professionalism

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
