Athanasios Papathanassiou Bioinformatician, B.Sc, M.Sc
He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. He holds a Master’s Degree in Informatics in Medicine and Biology, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The scientific field of his work focuses on the genetic analysis of Hereditary Cancer Predisposition Syndromes and Rare Diseases as well as the genetic analysis of cancer in general.

Dimitrios Grigoriadis Bioinformatics B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D
He is an informatics graduate of the Department of Informatics Engineering at the Technological Institute of Crete and holds a Master’s Degree in ” Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He completed his Ph.D. thesis at the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics of the University of Thessaly, where he developed machine learning technologies for big biological data. He has also worked in the same field as a postdoctoral researcher. His scientific interests focus around the area of genetics.
He has published 6 papers in peer-reviewed international journals in the field of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.
