Analytical and Clinical Use\u201d (Meintani et al., 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a validation study involving\u00a0<strong>more than 1,300 patients<\/strong>, Prime DX demonstrated exceptional analytical performance and strong clinical relevance in solid tumors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than 50% of patients across variant types had targetable findings (on-label\/off-label) across a wide spectrum of variants: SNVs, indels, CNVs &amp; fusion. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High sensitivity &amp; specificity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong concordance of Tumor Mutational Burden (TMB) and
