Based on these findings, <strong>PIK3CA testing has now been incorporated into the latest NCCN Guidelines<\/strong>, recommending the consideration of aspirin in this molecularly defined subgroup. <\/p>\n\n<p>In parallel, the <strong>updated NCCN Guidelines for early-stage colon cancer<\/strong> now also highlight <strong>POLE mutations<\/strong>, alongside <strong>dMMR\/MSI-H<\/strong>, as markers of favorable prognosis. Notably, <g id=\"gid_3\">POLE mutations occur in approximately 2.09% of stage II and 0.66% of stage III CRC<\/g> cases and are <g id=\"gid_4\">mutually exclusive with mismatch repair deficiency <\/g>(<g id=\"gid_5\">read more)<\/g>.
